The New Seller Flow team focuses on optimizing the onboarding experience for new sellers, ensuring a seamless and efficient journey from registration to their first sale. By leveraging data-driven insights and automation, the team enhances seller acquisition, activation, and retention, helping them succeed in Shopee’s dynamic e-commerce ecosystem.

Job Description

• Support research activities to help prepare for new strategic initiatives. This includes collecting data, summarizing insights, and assisting in identifying potential improvement areas;
• Gain insights on e-commerce commercial & logistics chain to identify operational bottlenecks and suggest ways to enhance fulfillment service adoption for sellers;
• Help engage marketplace sellers to introduce them to the fulfillment program, address their concerns, and demonstrate the commercial benefits of the service;
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to help track tasks and follow up on action items to resolve emerging issues and streamline processes;
• Support team lead in monitoring project OKRs and conducting analysis to facilitate the successful implementation of initiatives and ensure that all targets & deliverables are met.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor‘s Degree in a related field, with good academic results;
• Very strong analytical skills;
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese & English;
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace;
• Good team player with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Passion to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment;
• Ability to work independently and proactively;
• Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization;
• Proactive initiator, passion in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
