About The Team

As part of the Mall Initiatives & PMO team, you will be managing and coordinating the brand-specific initiatives and optimizing the process of the mall-wide initiatives and activities.

• For brand-specific initiatives, you will be working closely with the project owners within the Category teams to ensure that all the preparations in terms of vouchers, rebates, and visibility are ready for the kickoff date.
• For mall-wide initiatives, your focus will be to streamline and standardize all requests coming from Category teams to ensure that the processes of requesting, capturing, and tracking are as seamless and simple as possible.
  
  

Job Description

• Collaborate with Mall and Category teams to propose, consolidate, and execute all initiatives requests;
• Work closely with Category leads to ensure that project / initiatives requested are properly executed;
• Simplify and optimize processes between Mall team and Category teams;
• Track key performance metrics related specifically to projects / initiatives requested.
  
  

Requirements

• Up to 1 year of working experience;
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Analytics;
• Quantitative and analytical skills. Comfortable with synthesizing insights from a series of numbers;
• Strong communication and project management skills, and extremely detail oriented, able to deep dive into steps by step of process to standardize and optimize;
• Excellent team player. Can work well with others and independently when needed;
• Fluency in English is a must;
• Previous industry experience in event management, project management is a plus.
