Mission

Michelin is transforming from a premium tyre manufacturer into a mobility solutions provider. As part of this journey, Michelin Vietnam is developing a Truck & Bus Breakdown Service to help fleets minimize vehicle downtime and improve operational efficiency across Vietnam.


As a Truck & Bus Breakdown Services Project Intern with 3-month duration, you'll work on a strategic business project that supports the design and launch of this new service. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Dealers, and Fleet customers while gaining hands-on experience in market research, business analysis, and project management.

What Success Looks Like

By the end of the 3-month internship, you will have contributed to:


  • A comprehensive assessment of the Truck & Bus breakdown service market in Vietnam.
  • Customer and competitor insights to support service design.
  • A shortlist of potential service providers and dealer partners.
  • Business analysis and recommendations to support pilot implementation.
  • Clear project documentation and presentations for key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching Vietnam's Truck & Bus breakdown service market and industry trends.
  • Interviewing fleet customers, dealers, and service providers to understand their needs.
  • Benchmarking competitor services and identifying market opportunities.
  • Assisting in designing Michelin's breakdown service offering and operating model.
  • Identifying and evaluating potential service partners across Vietnam.
  • Supporting business case development, including cost and ROI analysis.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
  • Supporting pilot planning and cross-functional project coordination.

What We Are Looking For

  • Final-year undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Working proficiency in Vietnamese is strongly preferred, as the role involves conducting interviews and gathering insights from Vietnamese customers and stakeholders. Candidates without Vietnamese proficiency will be supported by an Account Manager for field interactions. Please confirm the applicable support model before posting.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of English for business communication.
  • Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, or project coordination is an advantage.
