Main Responsibilities

  • Assist creator operations, including daily community operation and performance tracking and optimization summary.
  • Support product assortment/selection tasks for live and short-video scenarios (e.g., hero SKU tracking, basic category analysis).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth key live stream delivery.
  • Support incentive tools design, such as task and ranking.

Creator Strategy

  • Track by level creator supply, and to provide creator growth strategy in time, including creator task, ranking, assortment activity, education.
  • Encourage consistent and higher level creator supply (livestream creator, video creator).

Identify performance gaps and provide actionable guidance to uplift results.

  • To build up fixed routine with cluster team, to provide by category/hot selling products/trendy/seasonable product to creators.
  • To closely work with IMC/CCP/UG, to provide campaign/event to creators to join.

Community Operations

  • To onboard as many as qualified creators in community group.
  • To monitor in-group creator performance, to do in-time operation to downgraded/upgraded creators.
  • To execute creator activities such as ranking/education workshop/assortment/ad hoc project in community group.
  • To monitor, Q&A and report GNE/TNS relevant issues from creator.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Actively enrolled University student
  • Good Excel and data processing ability (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Table) with strong analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in creator/vertical operations, live-streaming ecosystem, and e-commerce growth (experience is a plus).
