Job description
- Assist in analyzing current business processes by preparing forms and emails to collect documentation from business units
- Support the preparation of materials and data for Golden Process workshops with business stakeholders and the ERP implementation team.
- Review Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), identify areas requiring clarification regarding business processes, accounting rules, data mapping, and report design under the guidance of assigned Business Analysts.
- Assist in preparing test cases and test data, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing test cases, recording Pass/Fail results, and logging defects in the system.
- Support the development of training materials and user guides for end users during the go-live phase.
- Assist in responding to user inquiries and documenting issues raised during the hypercare period following go-live.
Job requirements
- 4th-year students or freshers majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or related fields. Candidates with foundational knowledge of Accounting or Finance are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, BPMN, or other process modeling tools is an advantage
- Available to work 4 days/week
- Proficient in English (at least 800 TOEIC or equivalent)
