Position Overview
- This position will support the HR Vietnam team primarily in full-cycle recruitment, documentation, and administration.
- The intern will help HR manage workforce demands and deliver tasks faster, particularly as several
new Bath & Body Works stores open during the second half of 2026. This is a developmental placement and is not intended as a substitute for a full-time or executive-level position.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft job postings, collect and screen CVs, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring departments.
• Support the recruitment process end-to-end, including sourcing channels and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Collect and process onboarding documents for new hires.
• Prepare and send offboarding documents to departing employees.
• Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed.
Learning Objective Success Indicator
- Develop full-cycle recruitment coordination skills to support end-to-end hiring activities.
- Accurately schedules interviews with candidates and hiring managers, communicates professionally, and maintains applicant tracking records with high accuracy.
- Build practical recruitment skills by learning job posting, sourcing channels, and coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
- Drafts job postings and coordinates with candidates and hiring managers to ensure accurate and timely interview scheduling.
- Develop a foundational understanding of the Vietnam Labor Law and regulations to support employees.
- Demonstrates basic understanding of personal income tax, social/health/unemployment insurance, and local labor regulations sufficient to assist HR in answering employee queries.
Candidate Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Available for a 6-month internship, full-time, based at the Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Interest or coursework in Talent Acquisition and HR Administration preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, organized approach to work.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Working proficiency in English is a plus.
