Purpose of the job

This internship emphasizes assisting in the Total Rewards Team, providing administrative support in PRO-related documentation. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in Total Rewards, administrative tasks, and supporting data related to Social Insurance, collaborating with the PRO team in various projects.

Responsibilities:

This role’s responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist in the administration and coordination of Total Rewards programs, including benefits, compensation, and recognition initiatives.
  • Support the PRO team in data collection for various PRO-related tasks, specifically focusing on Total Rewards and Social Insurance data.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining PRO documents, including employee files, contracts, and other related paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the PRO team to support various administrative tasks and projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on PRO
  • Demonstrated interest in Total Rewards and administration within PRO Department.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing PRO-related documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and ability to adapt to PRO-related software or tools.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills suitable for collaborative work.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
