Your key responsibilities:

1. Ensure that materials are properly ordered and delivered

• Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
  
  

2. Managing delivery schedules from suppliers

• Control open PO list with delivery schedule from supplier.
• Follow up the delivery from supplier to ensure the goods are delivery on time
• Daily tracking shipment status and update in SAP.
  
  

3. Complaints handling on non-conformity goods delivered by suppliers

• Send complaints to vendor for non-conformity goods.
• Follow up to settle the whole claim process.
• Managing inventory of raw material
• Daily review stock of material, take actions to ensure at the target level.
• Daily/weekly data/report updates - Data base management
• Download data, update report following required timeline
• Update master data in SAP
• Others assigned by the managers
• Tasks to be assigned by team leader/line managers.
• Participate in improvement project activities of departments
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Economic / Business Administration and related degree

• At least 01 year of experience in material management, operative purchasing in a manufacturing company
• Strong experience in Excel
• Fluent English skills in both communication and in writing
• Being able to use Power BI, Power Querry is a plus
• FDI company experience is welcomed
