Job Description

  • Set up, configure, and pre-check campaigns, vouchers, rewards, banners/popups, push notifications, robocalls, and chat activities to ensure smooth execution and a seamless user experience.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) and checker validation for all campaign setups before launch, including live visibility checks and issue troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. BD, Marketing, Shopee, ShopeePay, etc.) to book and manage campaign assets and visibility slots.
  • Manage campaign requests, timelines, cut-off schedules, and asset allocation to ensure proper planning, prioritization, and timely delivery. Follow through until completion and closure.
  • Control and allocate Credit product visibility assets, including homepage placements, landing pages, and other assets for campaign implementation.
  • Monitor urgent request queues, validate requirements, and proactively coordinate with related teams to resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Support minor design retouching or adjustments based on existing designs for urgent requests or issue fixes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of campaign-related information and business data.
  • Follow shift arrangements and support additional operational tasks assigned by the Team Lead.

 

 

Requirement

Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) such as Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, etc.
  • Detail-oriented, careful, and proactive with strong ownership in execution and task management.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fast learner with a willingness to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Good English reading and writing proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Good team player, positive attitude with a can-do attitude, & integrity and responsibility
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to quickly learn other tools/systems.
  • Basic design editing skills (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, Figma) are preferred.
