This internship is for someone who wants to see what agency life is actually like, and expose to the pace,
pressure, and standards of the advertising industry.
You will be working in a fast-moving agency environment where details matter, timing is tight, direction
can change often and standards are high. You will learn by doing the work, including the work that is
basic, sudden, repetitive, creative or high-pressure — sometimes all in the same day. You will be
expected to keep up, stay organised, communicate properly, and not fall apart when things get busy.
What You’ll Do
- Office Operation (50%)
- Handle essential administrative paperwork, documentation, and filing
- Research, source, and coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for office purchases
- Support office facilities and maintenance follow-ups to keep our space safe, inspiring, and functional.
- Collaborate closely with and assist the Office Operations Manager / Operations Executive on strategic workplace tasks
- Marketing & Content Support (50%)
- Contributing creative ideas and content concepts to support the company's marketing plans and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist with the logistical planning and execution of internal culture events, external company activities, school tours, and talent competitions
- Capturing content during events and activities
- Supporting basic photo or video editing and writing captions for social channels
