JOB DESCRIPTION

Support drafting & updating SOPs, processes, and operational documents per company templates.

Maintain trackers / checklists for documentation and operational task progress.

Support basic customer support / ticket handling: intake, triage, SLA tracking, logging.

Support basic data QC / listing review or simple reconciliation, depending on the assigned product.

Compile data; prepare reports, minutes, mockups / forms for operations.

Coordinate cross-functionally (Product / Tech / Legal / Finance / Data) under Platform Ops direction.
REQUIREMENTS
-
3rd–4th year student or recent graduate (Business, Management, IT, Data, Law, Languages, or related).

Detail-oriented, structured thinking, strong documentation skills; proficient in Excel / Word / Google Sheets.

Good English reading & writing (documents serve the US market).

Proactive, eager to learn, responsible; available at least 3 days/week.
Preferred
-
Familiarity with data / AI / marketplace / digital products; interest in robotics.

Strong English; prior internship in operations / ops / PM / customer support.

Knowledge of workflow / ticketing / document tools; living near Technopark.
