JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Assist the Product Owner and Business analyst in gathering, documenting, and organizing business requirements. 

• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams under Product Owner guidance. 

• Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation: BRD, feature specifications, data dictionaries, and change logs. 

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to understand end-to-end product delivery workflow. 

• Conduct research on competitor platforms, user feedback, or market benchmarks to provide input for product decisions. 

• Coordinate with Engineering and Design teams to clarify requirements, track open questions, and ensure documentation stays up to date. 

• Support UAT preparation: draft test scenarios, log defects, and assist in verifying acceptance criteria with the QA/PO team. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• Basic hands-on exposure to at least one of the following: 

  • SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle): understanding of requirement → design → develop → test → release phases. 
  • Agile/Scrum fundamentals: sprint planning, backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria. 
  • Business Analysis concepts: stakeholder interviews, process mapping, use case or user story writing, user flows. 

• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent. 

• Able to read and write basic English for product and requirements documents. 

• Has completed any BA/PM/Agile online course (Coursera, Udemy, etc.) or relevant university subject. 

• Exposure to e-commerce, mobile app, or SaaS platforms as a user or via coursework is a plus. 

• Detail-oriented and structured in note-taking and documentation. 

• Proactive in asking clarifying questions rather than making assumptions. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. 

• Collaborative, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks end-to-end.
