EAN COMMUNITY GRANTS 2026 IS NOW OPEN!
Implemented by the EU Alumni Network in Vietnam (EAN) with the support of the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam, EAN Community Grants 2026 is officially launched to empower community-driven ideas. Building on the success of the previous two grant cycles, this year's programme continues to foster innovation, strengthen connections within the EAN community, and contribute to stronger cooperation between Vietnam and the European Union through practical and sustainable community initiatives.
1. Green Transition, Climate Resilience & Sustainable Communities 
This thematic area welcomes community initiatives that promote greener lifestyles, raise environmental awareness, encourage circular economy practices, protect biodiversity, foster sustainable living, and strengthen climate resilience.
2. Digital Innovation, Skills & Future Readiness 
Priority will be given to projects that leverage technology—including artificial intelligence (AI), digital skills, cybersecurity, and entrepreneurship—to address societal challenges and equip young people with future-ready skills.
3. Inclusive Development, Leadership & People-to-People Connections 
This thematic area supports initiatives focusing on education, mental wellbeing, gender equality, and intercultural dialogue, contributing to a more open, inclusive, and connected society.
Applications are open to individual EAN members, groups of EAN members, and organisations founded or managed by EAN members.
Priority may be given to collaborative proposals, initiatives with strong practical value and long-term community impact, or projects inspired by applicants' study or exchange experience in Europe.
Activities may be implemented in offline, online, or hybrid formats in Vietnam.
Three selected projects will each receive a grant of up to 30,000,000 VND to bring their community initiatives to life.

- August 2026: Evaluation and Selection Process
- September 2026: Announcement of Selected Grantees and Finalisation of Grants
- October – December 2026: Grant Implementation Period
- December 2026: Final Reporting and Project Communications
