Job Description

As a Commercial Intern, you will support the commercial team in day-to-day operations, partner engagement activities, and administrative tasks related to partner proposals, contracts, and project coordination. Your contribution will help ensure smooth execution of commercial strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of commercial documents, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support the coordination of partner communications, follow-ups, and internal documentation.
  • Help track project timelines, deliverables, and assist in maintaining project documentation.
  • Coordinate partner engagement activities to ensure delivery of services to preferred partners.
  • Assist in organizing and updating the internal databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, client servicing) to gather necessary inputs for various workstreams.
  • Assist in generating inputs for various reporting requirements
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support the team with any ad hoc tasks or projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute proactively to team goals.
