We are seeking multiple motivated and skilled Robotic Product Manager to join our team, focusing on the integration and testing of advanced systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless operation and delivery of high-quality hardware and software solutions within tight timelines.

Job Summary:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and delivering innovative robotic solutions that meet market demands. They act as a bridge between engineering, business, and customers, ensuring the successful design, development, and deployment of robotic products. 

Responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for robotic products based on market needs.
• Identify key opportunities in robotics automation, AI-driven robotics, and emerging technologies.
• Align product development with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to understand industry trends.
• Identify customer pain points and industry challenges in robotics automation.
• Analyze market adoption, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
• Work closely with robotics engineers, AI specialists, and software developers to guide product development.
• Define and prioritize product features, hardware specifications, and software capabilities.
• Ensure smooth integration of robotic hardware, AI models, perception systems, and control algorithms.
• Maintain an agile product development approach (Scrum, Kanban) to iterate quickly.
• Communicate technical and business value of robotic solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit.
• Gather feedback from clients, industry experts, and field tests to refine product design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or
• equivalent practical experience.
• Product management experience in hardware/software or robotics-related industries.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in both simulated and real-world environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on real-world applications of robotics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team and adapt to evolving project requirements.
