Conduct surveys on current and upcoming products to determine target customer segments and understand their purchasing behaviors.

Create a list of product features that align with customer needs, market applications, and Honda Vietnam's production capabilities.

Assist in developing appropriate product pricing and prepare pricing reports to send to leadership and other relevant departments.

Develop a product launch plan, including product positioning, unique selling points (USP), target customers, communication strategy, pricing, and ensure the plan is shared with all relevant departments and that their actions are tracked for alignment.

Collect customer feedback on products after launch and write post-launch reports for automotive products.

Timely update market conditions, including trends from competitors (e.g., new product features, new models, pricing), relevant legal regulations, and results from the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association (VAMA), and support the Deputy Manager in creating market forecasts and sharing them with related departments.

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Education: University degree or higher

Professional skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in Economics, Law, Automotive, or related fields is a plus.

Language skills: Intermediate English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

General competency framework: Energetic, enthusiastic, able to work well in teams, responsible, able to handle high work pressure; strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
