Description
  • Receive and address customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.);
  • Guide customers in using products/ services effectively;
  • Record and relay customer feedback to relevant departments;
  • Monitor, update and manage customer information accurately;
  • Provide administrative support related to customer service (if necessary)
Requirements
  • Good communication skills, patience, and attention to detail in handling situations;
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, Email, etc.);
  • Quick learner and proactive in work;
  • Preference for candidates with knowledge of invoices and basic accounting practices
  • Responsible and able to work well in a team
