Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

• Analyze processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions.

• Assist in the development and implementation of 3D, VR, and AR projects tailored to the cultural heritage sector.

• Create detailed project documentation, including user stories, business workflows, and functional specifications.

• Conduct research to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in 3D, VR, and AR applications.

• Support project managers in tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables.

• Participate in testing and validating product features to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Basic understanding of 3D modeling, VR, and AR.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Outlook, Figma, MySQL, Navicat, or other project management software is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.

• Passionate about cultural heritage, museums, and the application of emerging technologies.

• Experience working in manufacturing, culture & heritage, automotive, machinery, logistics, or construction is a plus.

• Experience in creating and managing BA output documents, including BRD, URD, FRD, URS/SRS, PRD, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

• Understanding of both predictive (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile) approaches in business analysis.
