Description:

• Develop testing strategies and test plans for software projects.

• Design test cases based on requirement documents, specification documents, and design.

• Execute tests based on the test plan and test cases.

• Identify product defects, analyze their causes, and manage the bug-fixing process.

• Generate test reports and evaluate product quality before handing over to the customer.

• Manage and organize activities related to business exchanges, testing, and customer training on system usage.

• Train and support new team members.

• Assist project managers during the product acceptance process.

• Suggest quality improvement activities for the product.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the testing process, proficient in using software testing tools and techniques.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience testing Mobile Apps and Web applications; able to use tools for API testing.

• Knowledge of Performance Testing is an advantage.

• Preference for candidates with leadership potential or experience in leading a team.
