Job Description
- Support digitalization and process improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
- Assist in analyzing operational workflows and identifying automation opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and daily operations.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
- Support data tracking, process monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.
- Participate in testing and implementation activities for new tools or systems.
Qualifications
- Entitled as a full-time student throughout the internship period, preferably majoring in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- No prior working experience required; however, involvement in school projects, competitions, or extracurricular activities related to automation, AI, or digital transformation is an advantage
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within deadlines
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset
