Job Description
- Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.
- Process invoice for payment on time.
- Maintain monthly billing report
- Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.
- Prepare monthly reports per supervisor’s request.
- Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time
Qualifications
- Entitled as full-time student major in Logistics/International Economics, ... during internship period
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong English communication skills
- Proactive, hardworking, and independent.
- Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.
- Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
