Job Description
- Support planning activities and daily operations on the ERP system to ensure smooth logistics processes
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and tracking operational performance to support decision-making
- Prepare and maintain reports, databases, and related operational documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
- Support administrative and operational tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor
- Participate in process improvement and other ad-hoc logistics activities when required
Qualifications
- University – Major: Supply Chain / Logistics
- Not required prior working experience
- Language: English (fluent), Japanese (N1, N2,N3)
- Strong attention to details
- Effective communication
- Professional working style
- Motivated in learning from work and self-learning
- Interested in ERP and Supply chain
- Active in asking & responding to assignment
- Having logical thinking, creative
- Willing to receive feedback & take improving actions accordingly
