Job Description
Functional Testing
- Develop and implement test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and quality of robotic products.
- Analyze product requirements and technical specifications to design comprehensive test cases and testing scenarios.
- Execute testing activities, evaluate results, and prepare test reports.
- Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with relevant stakeholders to analyze root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Validate system functionality and performance against defined requirements and quality standards.
Test Automation
- Develop and maintain automated testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for test processes and quality assurance methodologies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product team to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide quality feedback and recommendations to support product enhancements.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by the line manager.
Your Skills and Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Robotics, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in software, robotics, electronics, or automation testing.
- Experience in developing test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience in functional testing, product validation, and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with quality management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
Experience in developing automation testing solutions is a strong advantage.
