Role Overview: We are looking for a Product Associate to support the development and operation of digital products for electric vehicles, including infotainment systems, app ecosystem, and connected services. This role sits at the intersection of product management, project execution, and partner coordination, working closely with internal engineering teams and global technology partners.

- Support end-to-end product development lifecycle: from requirement definition to delivery and post-launch tracking
- Drive day-to-day project execution: timeline tracking, risk identification, dependency management
- Work with engineering teams to clarify requirements, prioritize backlog, and ensure delivery quality
- Prepare product documentation (PRD, SOW inputs, feature specs, release notes)
- Act as a working-level interface with international partners (e.g., map providers, app platforms, cloud vendors)
- Track partner deliverables against agreed scope, timeline, and quality commitments
- Coordinate technical and commercial discussions, follow up on open issues
- Support evaluation and onboarding of new partners/services
- Align with internal stakeholders (product, engineering, legal, procurement, operations..)
- Support cross-team initiatives such as AppStore integration, Smart Services rollout, and multi-market deployments
- Ensure clear communication flow across teams and partners
- Track product performance, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare internal reports, executive briefs, and decision materials
- Support benchmarking and competitive analysis (e.g., Tesla, Volvo, regional players)
Must-have
- 1–3 years of experience in Product, Project Management, or Business/Technical roles
- Strong project coordination skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), must be comfortable working directly with international partners
- Structured thinking and strong ownership mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience in automotive, IoT, mobile apps, or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with external vendors or global partners
- Exposure to multi-partner ecosystems (e.g., map providers, app platforms, cloud vendors)
- Understanding of compliance constraints (e.g., app certification, platform requirements like YouTube, Google services)
- Experience in multi-market product rollout
- Basic technical understanding (APIs, system integration, software lifecycle) is a plus
