- Develop and implement corporate culture programs, internal communication activities, and initiatives that reinforce company values and behavioral standards.
- Plan and organize cultural activities, employee engagement programs, and internal events to enhance employee connection and organizational alignment.
- Coordinate and deliver culture-related training programs, onboarding activities, and workshops according to the company’s annual development plan.
- Conduct employee surveys related to workplace environment and cultural engagement; analyze feedback and propose improvement initiatives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of culture development and training activities while continuously driving improvement actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate culture development, internal communications, employee engagement, training, or organizational development.
- Strong experience in planning and organizing training programs, internal events, and cultural activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze survey data, generate insights, and prepare reports.
- Creative, proactive, people-oriented, and highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience in culture transformation or organizational development initiatives is an advantage.
- Good command of English is a plus.
