Job Responsibilities
- Support the organization of internal training programs, workshops, and employee development activities.
- Help create training communication materials such as posters, banners, videos, and learning documents.
- Assist with training logistics, materials preparation, and classroom activities.
- Contribute ideas and content for training and learning communications.
- Support the management and updating of training courses on the learning system.
- Research new learning trends and suggest ideas to improve training activities.
Requirements
- Third-year or final-year students, or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, English, or related majors.
- Available to work full-time from Monday to Friday is an advantage.
- Good organizational and research skills.
- Experience in video editing, MCing, or internal communications is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Able to commit to an internship period of at least 3–6 months.
