Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms and the company’s social media channels.
- Proactively source and screen candidate resumes based on hiring requirements; build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Contact candidates, schedule interviews, track recruitment progress, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2. Employee Relations Support
- Assist in receiving, compiling, and tracking employee feedback and inquiries; coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Support the preparation of HR data, reports, and activities related to talent management, employee performance evaluations, and other HR programs.
3. Other HR Operations Support
- Assist in scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and preparing logistics for interviews, training sessions, and internal events.
- Support the organization of internal events and employee engagement programs as planned by the HR Department.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); good command of English.
- Available to work full-time in the office from Monday to Friday.
