Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage is looking for a Commercial Excellence Intern – Category Strategy (Energy Drink) to join our dynamic team for 3 - 6 months.
📍 Location: Ho Chi Minh City
⏰ Working time: Monday – Friday

💡 What you’ll gain:
- Be part of category strategy planning and execution across channels & regions for Energy Drink
- Gain hands-on experience in data analysis (DMS, Oracle, Nielsen…) and business performance tracking.
- Learn directly from experienced managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade, Media, Agencies)
- Experience real market visits to understand consumer & shopper insights

🎯 What you’ll do:
o  Support Category Strategy Manager for category planning to be executed at the designated channels & regions in terms of activities, investment, timing, promotion mechanics, etc... to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness
o  Support Category Strategy Manager to cascade/ transfer the plan to TMKT Dev / CD for execution
o  Track & monitor the category activities & investment to ensure operation smoothly
o  Provide report & initial analysis of category performance by channels & regions based on Internal Data- DMS/ Oracle and External Data- Nielsen/ BBE (Brand Equity), etc...
o  Conduct regular market visit to have in-depth insights of consumers & shoppers

🌱 Who we’re looking for:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Economics or related fields
- Strong analytical mindset with good Excel & data handling skills
- Good command of English
- Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
