Responsibilities

ABOUT THE POSITION

Primary responsibilities (70%)

• Assist in editing game development lessons, training, and sharing videos into clear, well-structured learning materials
• Apply basic effects and transitions to training videos to enhance viewer engagement
• Support translation of text and audio recordings (primarily English – Vietnamese)
• Prepare and provide accurate subtitles for training videos
• Ensure all content aligns with company style guides and quality standards
• Proofread translated content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy
• Edit and format content carefully to maintain original layout and style
• Collaborate with team members and engage with experts to stay up to date on translation and localization tools and best practices
  
  
  

Secondary responsibilities (30%)

• Help organize and develop logical learning paths combining various training materials
• Curate and maintain the content catalog on the company’s employee learning platform
• Contribute to graphic design tasks for training and learning content (slides, posters, icons, simple illustrations)
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Passionate about games and art, eager to learn and grow.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken
• Recent graduates or current students in training, communication, community management, or related fields are preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
• Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks on time
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to subtitle software and/or video editing software is a bonus
• Exposure to project management or content creation is a bonus
