Job Description
- Key project: Sales NextGen Program
- Monitor and track progress of Sales NextGen Development Program, ensuring timely updates with other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Talent & Leadership to design and implement Sales NextGen Program
- Develop and post key updates on Internal Channels, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
2. Other Sales Projects: Sales Capability & Talent Development
- Assist in the design and execution of Sales Capability & Talent Development strategies.
- Monitor and track progress of Sales Development initiatives, ensuring timely updates.
- Develop and post key updates on Internal Channels, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
Job requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Learning & Development framework is a plus.
- Good English & Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Data & technical savvy
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the confidence to engage all staff levels and business stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, problem-solver with the ability to challenge existing processes constructively.
- Can work from August 2026 in Da Nang Sales Office.
