You’ll make an impact by

• Manage Purchase Orders: Support the creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Track Deliveries: Liaise with suppliers to track delivery schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Process Procurement Documents: Assist in comparing quotations and preparing, checking, and verifying all purchasing documents (quotation, PO, invoice, delivery note).
• Maintain Data Systems: Update and maintain procurement data in SAP / Excel systems.
• Monitor Order Status: Monitor order status, report delays, and address discrepancies.
• Support Internal Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, planning, production) and maintain proper filing of procurement records.
  
  

You’ll make an impact by

• 3rd or final year students in: Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields
• Basic understanding of procurement / purchasing processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (functions, data handling)
• Good English communication (especially email writing)
• Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a factory environment - working location : Binh Duong
