Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a PMO Analyst. This is an entry-level role ideal for a fresh graduate who is passionate about e-commerce, has a consulting mindset, and is eager to develop project management and strategic planning skills.
You will support and help lead key initiatives for our Livestream & Video programs, working cross-functionally to ensure timely execution, clear communication, and data-driven decision-making.
- Support the execution of key Livestream & Video projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals;
- Assist in developing project plans, identifying risks, and proposing solutions using structured project management approaches;
- Prepare high-quality reports to communicate updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders;
- Analyze program performance metrics to support data-driven improvements;
- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency;
- Assist with budget tracking and basic financial processes;
- Continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Support other ad-hoc tasks or analysis as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate (less than 1 year of experience) with a strong academic background;
- Good analytical skills; proficient in Excel or Data analysis tools and comfortable working with data;
- Experience or familiarity with making slide presentations;
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written presentation skills in English and Vietnamese;
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership;
- Curious and eager to learn project management, operations, and platform insights;
- Internship or academic experience related to e-commerce, project management, or consulting;
- Understanding of buyer and seller behavior and platform policies is a plus;
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
