Central Retail in Vietnam I Admin Intern

ACTIVITIES

  • Client database updates.
  • Assist colleagues make cold calls, and sales calls.
  • Assist colleagues draft and prepare proposals, letters, etc.
  • Support event preparations.
  • Finding sites with leasing potential
  • Support team in daily work and events.
  • Support team in market research.
  • Liaise between team, landlord and customers.
  • Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
  • Prepares offers, term sheets, and lease amendments under direct supervision
  • Prepare and proceed paper work like leasing contract, annex, notice send and recieve of tenants
  • Prepare and analyze assigned reports
  • Do other tasks assigned by Shopping Mall Director (regional and national)
  • Be honest and follow Group’s policies.

 

COMPETENCIES

Functional knowledge & experience:

- Good knowledge in Retail industry is an advantage but not necessary,

Functional skill:

- Commitment, accuracy and attention to detail

Good working attitude, ability to work both independently and as part of a team

 

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE

Education: Bachelor’s/ College’s degree or any relevant Economics, Languages, Finance

Seniority: Final Year Student

Language: Fluent English communication. French is an advantage.

Office skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams…)

Attitude: Honest, Hardworking, Positive and Flexible, Time management, Communication

Duration: Willing to take a 6-month internship.
