    • Phone Surveys: Conduct and document customer feedback via phone surveys.
    • Administrative Support:
      • Input data into the service system.
      • Scan and file documents as needed.
      • Perform general administrative tasks.
      • Assist in inventory management and stock checks.
    • Documentation:
      • Maintain organized files and digital records.
      • Ensure accurate document scanning and filing.

Requirements

  • Final-year or fresh graduate students
  • Able to work full-time
  • Available for a full-time assignment for at least 3 months
  • Good command in English and computer literacy
