JOB DESCRIPTION

1Assist in implementing current Partnership campaigns   

  • Collaborate with partners to prepare materials, contracts, or communication plan

  • Track the progress of promotional campaigns as well as communication/marketing content to promote the campaign with partners and internal Tam Sơn’s Marcom department 

  • Support offline stores to apply campaigns for customers by using campaign code, identifying applicable customers and input information basing on requested template  

2Market and business research to propose potential Partners and collaboration idea  

  • Conduct market research to identify banks, organizations, or businesses with similar VIP customer bases

  • Prepare a list and dossiers of potential partners for evaluation  

  • Research current partnership campaign idea in the VN’s or other countries’ market to adapt for Tam Sơn to recruit customers   

3Support other loyalty program tasks 

  • Support execution & operation of Tam Son Loyalty program    

  • Cooperate with internal/external suppliers in providing suitable gifts for VIP customers   

  • Support CRM administrative tasks   

  • Do market study & provide fresh ideas to improve Tam Son Loyalty program

3. Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Full-time, 6-month internship (Monday–Friday).

  • 3rd or 4th-year student in Business, Marketing, or related fields

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)

  • CRM knowledge is a plus

  • Passion for customer relationships

  • Creative and customer-focused

  • Interest in the luxury industry

  • Eager to learn in a dynamic environment
