This role is designed for creative, execution-driven individuals who are passionate about growth marketing, digital products, and the fast-evolving world of insurance technology in a leading fintech environment. As a Growth Trainee within the Financial Services Business Group, you will support the end-to-end execution of major marketing campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives, working closely with data analytics, product development, and creative teams to bring impactful programs to life. The role offers hands-on exposure to campaign management, cross-functional collaboration, and partner engagement, ideal for candidates who are eager to learn how growth is built and scaled in a data-driven fintech organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the overall execution of major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, launching of new product features, and other projects as required.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team including data analytics and product development to generate ideas and develop an end-to-end growth plan.
- Work with the data analytics team to create and perform key reports and analyses for the management team for reporting and decision-making regarding projects.
- Participate in the process of working with the creative team for the execution of marketing and communications plans.
- Collaborate with external partners to review contracts and translate requirements into clear, structured briefs for internal teams.
