JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Recruitment & Employer Branding Support (70%)

  • Assist in implementing employer branding initiatives across the company's communication channels.
  • Support the creation of recruitment content, including articles, visuals, short-form videos, and internal/external communication materials.
  • Assist in managing and developing recruitment channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Participate in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, workshops, talk shows, and university engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with external partners, student clubs, and universities to execute talent attraction programs.
  • Monitor, consolidate, and analyze recruitment and communication data to evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Provide support for other recruitment-related activities as assigned.

2. HR Services Support (30%)

  • Assist in managing, organizing, and maintaining employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Support the updating of HR data while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, seminars, and internal events.
  • Provide administrative support for other HR operations as assigned.

 


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Third- or fourth-year undergraduate students, or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, E-commerce, or related fields
  • .Available to work full-time
  • .Experience participating in student clubs, student unions, event organization, communications, external relations, or university projects is an advantage
  • .Creative, proactive, and passionate about employer branding and talent attraction
  • .Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • .Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, PowerPoint, or design/editing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar applications is a strong advantage
  • .Comfortable working with data and capable of using basic data analysis tools
  • .Detail-oriented, responsible, able to maintain confidentiality, and eager to learn
