REQUIREMENTS
Relevant education and experience
-
Third or final year student pursuing Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Exposure to content creation, copywriting, social media management, recruitment activities

Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools.

Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok,

Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Fluent in English, be able to produce clear, well-structured written content in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the creation of employer branding content for social media, career pages, and internal communication channels.
-
Assist in designing visual materials such as social media posts, banners, posters, and presentations.
-
Support the organization of employer branding activities, recruitment events, career fairs, and internal engagement programs.
-
Assist with content planning, photography, and event coordination.
-
Support recruitment activities, including job posting, recruitment content seeding, and tracking candidate applications.
-
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
