WHAT YOU CAN RECEIVE FROM THE TRAINEE PROGRAM

• Intensive 48 months training program in Xiamen, China.
• Valuable practical experience in job rotations across major areas including Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance.
• Upon gaining sufficient licence, you will become a certifier to release registered aircrafts of Vietnam to service.
• FULL Salary and living expenses covered during training course
• Trainee Monthly Salary: 16.000.000 VND.
• Housing & Meal: provided by HAECO.
• Attendance allowance : 1.700.000 VND/month.
• Laundry allowance: 1.700.000 VND/month.
• 13th month salary bonus.
• Full salary package insurance.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES INVOLVE

• Participate in a 48-month structured training programme at HAECO Xiamen, covering classroom, workshop, and on- the-job training.
• Rotate across Base Maintenance and Line Maintenance to gain hands-on experience.
• Perform assigned tasks in compliance with aviation safety and quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism, discipline, and strong learning attitude throughout the programme.
• Support licensed engineers in aircraft maintenance and inspection; upon certification, authorize aircraft release to service.

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THIS ROLE IF

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, etc.).
• Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong technical curiosity, logical thinking, and passion for aviation.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.
• Willingness to commit to the Trainee Program in Xiamen, China for 48 months.
