Responsibilities

*Content Strategy Execution (Video & Livestream):

  • Execute the content strategy for video and livestream initiatives that align with brand objectives for Neutrogena, Aveeno Baby, Listerine, and Johnson's Baby.
  • Coordinating with MCN and Publicis for seamless journey from content creation to media boosting, ensuring meeting the brand briefing and KPIs (together with Social Commerce Lead)
  • Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and marketing objectives.

*Performance Tracking

  • Work with MCN and Enabler Monitor and analyze the performance of creator content across various social media platforms.
  • Work with Enabler/ Media agency / Access to Seller System for extracting and consolidate data after each livestream or batch of videos for reporting purposes and improvising along the ways.
  • Raise and alert the Social Commerce Lead during livestreams or video batches for better reaction and strategy adjustments to achieve KPIs.

*Top Creator Relationship Management

  • Act as a brand contact, maintain daily contact with top creators to foster collaboration and ensure clear communication (with/ without MCN).

*Video Affiliate Always-on Engagement

  • Manage the Multi-Channel Network (MCN) to design and implement contests for creators aimed at delivering high-quality video content and increasing the number of videos produced.

*E-commerce Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for e-commerce teams to facilitate the setup of deals, stock management, and livestream arrangements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of promotional content into e-commerce platforms, enhancing the shopping experience for consumers.

*Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Social Commerce Lead to coordinate brand/product launching content direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align on campaign goals and strategies.
  • Partner with the creative team to ensure all content is visually appealing and cohesive.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Understanding and interest in social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Multiple projects management and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, with a passion for socializing and building relationships.
  • Sense of creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Proficient in analytics tools and performance tracking.
