What You’ll Do

As part of our investment team, you’ll be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of a venture fund, supporting everything from deal sourcing to due diligence and founder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research emerging industries, market trends, and startup landscapes.
• Evaluate startup business models, financial performance, and growth potential.
• Support investment due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation.
• Source new investment opportunities through ecosystem activities and networking.
• Monitor portfolio companies and maintain relationships with founders.
• Support strategic projects and collaboration with LOTTE Ventures Korea.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Finance, Startups, or related fields.
• Highly curious, analytical, and passionate about startups and innovation.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, and Canva (or eager to learn fast).
• Korean language is a plus.
