What will you do?
L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.
As our Social Intern, you will
- Co-create and manage monthly content calendars for social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) to ensure timely posts and brand alignment.
- Coordinate with social media agencies to feedback on content quality and brainstorm creative campaign ideas that resonate with the target audience.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with beauty creators, influencers (KOLs/KOCs), and talent networks.
- Monitor social media dashboards, social listening tools, and creator metrics to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social engagement, community growth, and viral beauty trends.
Who are we looking for?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry with a high sensitivity to social media trends (TikTok, Instagram).
- Good relationship management skills to work effectively with creators, agencies, and partners.
- Analytical mindset with basic skills in MS Excel to interpret social media data.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage content schedules.
- Experience as a content creator or having pre-existing connections with beauty KOLs is a strong plus.
