What will you do?

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.


As our Corporate Communication Intern, you will

  • Write and translate press releases, media kits, and corporate news from English to Vietnamese.
  • Monitor daily media coverage, compile press clipping reports, and track local news trends.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, press conferences, and media engagement activities.
  • Create engaging internal communication content including newsletters, posters, and videos to boost employee engagement.
  • Support the planning and execution of sustainability (L'Oréal for the Future) and community-driven CSR projects.
  • Help with essential administrative tasks, invoice processing, and event logistics for the department.

Who are we looking for?

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Strong interest in storytelling, content creation, and working on sustainability or community projects.
  • Eco-friendly conscious with an appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Basic design or video editing skills (such as Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut) is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with different teams.
