What will you do?
L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.
As our Digital Intern, you will
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support operations across social, and digital campaigns
- Engage with media agencies for the procurement and tracking of digital asset deliverables
- Manage day-to-day operations involving the curation, cataloging, organization, and distribution of digital assets and product data in Digital Assets Management and Product Information Management systems
- Compile and share monthly reports on Influence & Advocacy performance, support data acquisition and activation efforts
- Track sales performance, liaise with markets for feedback, analyze eCommerce performance, and assist in regional projects and campaigns with eCommerce partners.
Who are we looking for?
- Currently pursuing last year/ graduated a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the beauty industry and brand marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Experience using social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data, visualization) and PowerPoint
