JOB DETAILS

• Support the Data team in maintaining and improving data operations processes.
• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple internal sources.
• Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or missing information.
• Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and recurring reports.
• Help automate repetitive reporting and operational tasks using Python, SQL, Excel, or AI-powered tools.
• Support data extraction and operational reporting for production teams.
• Collaborate with analysts and product teams to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Explore the use of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to improve productivity and automate workflows.
• Document processes, automation scripts, and data workflows.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for Data Operations.

ABOUT YOU

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Basic Python programming
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
•  Willingness to learn new technologies
  
  Nice to Have
• Experience with Looker or other BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, Tableau)
• Understanding of Data Operations concepts (data quality, monitoring, reporting, incident management)
• Experience with Jira
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Gemini
