Short JD
• Support the Restaurant team in carrying out daily operations and assigned tasks under the guidance of colleagues and direct supervisors.
• Follow the hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), service standards, and internal regulations at all times.
• Ensure assigned tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained, clean, and ready for use.
• Develop a good understanding of the restaurant’s concept, offerings, and service procedures.
• Deliver warm and professional guest service by maintaining a friendly demeanor, making eye contact, and addressing guests by name whenever possible.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally within the scope of responsibility, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support a smooth and seamless guest journey, while proactively learning and improving job-related knowledge and skills.
