Currently, we are seeking an HR Intern - Recruitment to join our dynamic team in Hanoi. You will play a key role in the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interview schedules. As the face of our recruitment team, you will welcome candidates, assist with onboarding for new hires, and support employer branding activities. This role requires strong communication skills and a professional mindset to interact with diverse talent pools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
- Manage job postings across recruitment channels and coordinate interview schedules.
- Communicate interview arrangements and send reminders to candidates and interviewers.
- Welcome candidates, verify information, and guide them through interview procedures.
- Collect interview feedback and update candidate data in the recruitment system.
- Support onboarding procedures for new hires.
General HR & Branding Support:
- Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding activities.
- Assist in organizing internal HR sessions and team-building activities.
- Provide administrative support for HR documentation related to hiring.
- Contribute ideas to improve the recruitment and onboarding process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Last year student or Fresh bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Able to work full-time and commit for at least 6 months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English.
- Korean communication is a big plus.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Responsible and punctual.
