LG CNS is a subsidiary of the LG Group and a leading global provider of IT services, digital transformation, and smart technology solutions headquartered in South Korea.
Currently, we are seeking an HR Intern - C&B to join our dynamic team in Hanoi. In this role, you will assist in managing payroll calculations, insurance enrollment, and employee benefits administration. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate personnel records and coordinating with vendors for C&B-related services. This position is ideal for those who are detail-oriented and looking to build a career in professional human resource management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
C&B Support
- Assist in updating and tracking attendance, leave, and overtime
- Support payroll, allowances, bonuses, and insurance calculations.
- Prepare and maintain personnel records, contracts, and HR documents.
- Assist with employee benefit administration, including bank account registration and insurance enrollment.
- Coordinate with vendors, insurance providers, and relevant departments for C&B-related services.
HR Support
- Support the HR team in organizing training sessions and team-building activities.
- Help with administrative tasks related to HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR department.
- Perform other assigned support tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Last year student or Fresh bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Able to work full-time and commit for at least 6 months.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English.
- Korean communication is a big plus.
