YOUR TASKS:
Customer (Internal)
- Represent business needs within IT delivery processes
- Bridge gaps between business expectations and IT solutions
- Support resolution of business issues and inquiries
Stakeholder
Internal:
- Support implementation of EGAPs in the country
- Act as an interface between the country and the regional/global IT
- Provide regular updates on initiatives and status to IT Management
External:
- Coordinate with vendors for solution delivery and support
- Manage issues, escalations, and service performance
- Ensure solutions align with business requirements
Process
Local Digitalization
- Define and capture business requirements
- Analyze processes and design solutions
- Support implementation and delivery
- Validate solutions through testing
- Support adoption and post-implementation
EGAPs:
- Align rollout scope and timelines with regional teams
- Assess local gaps and readiness requirements
- Support rollout execution and coordination
- Validate deployment through local testing
- Support stabilization and user adoption
Work Health & Safety
- Take reasonable care for own and others’ safety
- Comply with DHL safety policies and instructions
- Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly
- Participate in required safety training
People Management
- No direct reports; influence without formal authority
- Drive alignment and decisions through value-driven insights
- Enable change and continuous improvement across stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's Degree Information Services (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of experience in business or systems analysis roles
- Experience delivering IT solutions across the full development lifecycle
- Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments preferred
- English fluent (written and spoken)
- Skills: Business Knowledge, Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Data Modelling & Design, Planning & Organizing, Stakeholder Relationship Management.
