WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Assist in handling airfreight booking procedures under supervision.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations,…) and airlines on flight schedules, space availability, shipment status, and other inland matters related to airfreight shipments.
  • Support in preparing, verifying, and updating flight schedules and booking records.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to procurement operations.
  • Learn about airfreight operations, capacity planning, and supplier coordination.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Final-year student majoring in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in airfreight and supply chain operations.
  • Attention to detail and able to work under time pressure.
  • Comfortable working with data and reports.
  • Able to communicate clearly in English via email.
  • Responsible, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
  • Team player with good coordination and communication skills.
